We start the New Year with very pleasant news for us, which is The year 2017 was a period for us worked to the minute on introducing new quality and offering an alternative to ordinary vermiculite boards, which deform and break under the influence of high temperatures (or moisture). Customers who came to us not only for an offer but also for advice and help clearly defined their requirements – the boards should not only be an excellent insulator, but also be resistant to all mechanical processing (milling, grinding, cutting or drilling), must not crumble, deform and crack. We started developing a new formula and an optimal method of production and drying. We tested five types of expanded vermiculite and although at the beginning, we also did not avoid mistakes, they were completely eliminated as a result, and each of them led to some extent to the launch of a new production line. This is how Vermeko ThermoVerm boards were created. Products that were created not only by us, but also by each of you who appeared in our office with a question or suggestion, as well as each of our Customers, thanks to whom our products are highly appreciated and currently considered one of the best available vermiculite boards.
