  1. This Privacy and Cookies Policy explains how VERMEKO Sp. z o.o. (the “Administrator”) processes personal data of Customers and website users.

3. Scope of Data Processing

  1. The Administrator processes Customers’ personal data to:
    • execute and settle orders,
    • provide customer service and handle complaints,
    • maintain contact with Customers,
    • send commercial information if the Customer consents,
    • fulfill legal obligations.
  2. Data processed include: name, company name, address, tax identification number, telephone, email address, payment and delivery details.

4. Legal Basis of Processing

  1. Data are processed on the following bases:
    • Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – contract performance,
    • Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with legal obligations,
    • Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interests of the Administrator (e.g., pursuing claims),
    • Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent (for marketing purposes).

5. Data Recipients

  1. Data may be transferred to entities providing services to the Administrator, in particular:
    • courier and transport companies,
    • payment service providers,
    • IT service providers,
    • accounting firms.
  2. Data will not be transferred to third countries unless required for order fulfillment, in which case the Administrator will ensure appropriate safeguards.

  1. Data are stored for the period necessary to perform the contract and settle claims, and thereafter for the time required by law.
  2. In the case of processing based on consent – until withdrawal of consent.

7. Rights of the Data Subject

  1. Every data subject has the right to:

    • erase data (“right to be forgotten”),
    • restrict processing,
    • data portability,
    • object to processing,
    • withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing).

    • marketing cookies – used with the Customer’s consent.

9. Final Provisions

  1. The Administrator reserves the right to update this Privacy and Cookies Policy due to changes in law or the Store’s operations.
  2. The current version of the Policy is always available on the Store’s website.
